About job role
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers for a leading EdTech client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students tanding their learning requirements, providing information about educational programs, and scheduling counseling sessions with the admissions team and resolving queries.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students and parents make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
- Explain educational programs and services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and interest.
- Schedule counseling/demo sessions with the concerned team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate/customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education required is bachelor's and candidate pursuing master's or graduation are not eligible.
- 0-1 year experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus point .However ,freshers are also welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
