Job Summary
Offenso Hackers Academy is seeking a Creative Head to lead our creative vision, brand identity, and content strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong design thinking, storytelling, and team management skills to inspire learners and strengthen our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Brand Development: Build and evolve the academy’s brand identity.
- Content Creation: Oversee multimedia content including graphics, videos, and marketing assets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor creative professionals.
- Innovation: Introduce new formats and technologies to enhance engagement.
- Collaboration: Partner with academic and marketing teams to align creative outputs with institutionaQualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Communication, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in creative leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in visual communication, branding, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools and multimedia production.
