Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with at least 2 years of experience in drafting and design work for residential and industrial projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate layouts and plot designs and be comfortable working with industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and designing residential and industrial layouts
- Designing residential and industrial plots
- Preparing detailed drawings as per project requirements
- Coordinating with architects/engineers for design modifications
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in drafting & designing
- Strong knowledge of residential and industrial layouts
- Proficiency in BPMS software
- Working knowledge of drafting tools/software (AutoCAD or similar preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
