Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Scan-to-BIM Modeller with experience in converting laser scan data into accurate BIM models. The role involves working with point clouds to create detailed as-built models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
This position is ideal for candidates experienced in reality capture workflows and interested in working on renovation, retrofit, and international BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert point cloud data (LAS, RCP, E57 formats) into accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Develop LOD 200–400 models based on project requirements
- Model architectural, structural, and MEP elements from scan data and 2D Drawings.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment with real-world conditions
- Perform quality checks and validate model accuracy against scans
- Coordinate with project teams and incorporate markups/redlines
- Generate 2D drawings, sections, and documentation from BIM models
- Maintain project standards, naming conventions, and BIM workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture.
- 0–1 years of experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud modelling
- Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure)
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site conditions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
