We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented International Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, engage prospects through outbound sales efforts, and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from international markets including the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
- Identify and connect with business owners, marketing managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Research target companies and build a qualified prospect database.
- Introduce UltraMind Labs' services and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends related to web development, digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology solutions.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong confidence in speaking with international prospects over phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Ability to handle cold calls professionally and confidently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn about web development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services Sales, Web Development Sales, SEO Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Software Sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Experience working with international clients and global markets.
- Understanding of websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The selected candidate will be expected to:
