Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Application Support Analyst to manage day-to-day support, system enhancements, releases, and upgrades for HR Technology applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll technical expertise along with hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, Fast Formulas, and support operations.
The role requires close collaboration with Functional Owners, Release Management, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR system operations and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications and Payroll modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution.
- Support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancement activities.
- Analyze business requirements and provide configuration/design recommendations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and migration documents.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support HR teams with reporting, data validation, and process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across HCM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and downstream system support.
Required Technical SkillsOracle Fusion HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll & Core HR.
- Experience with OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management.
Fast Formula Development
- Expertise in developing and configuring Fast Formulas for Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.
OTBI Reporting
- Strong experience building OTBI reports and dashboards for Payroll and HR analytics.
BI Publisher (BIP)
- Experience creating BIP reports, notifications, and payroll-related reports.
- Strong SQL query writing and performance tuning skills.
HCM Extracts & HDL
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Experience handling bulk uploads, payroll element entries, and data migration activities.
Integrations
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with real-time and batch integrations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
