Quality Control: Oversee the quality of title search processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and TAT (Turnaround Time) within the title search workflow.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality analysts; provide ongoing coaching to maintain high performance standards.
Training and Development: Develop training programs and conduct sessions for the title search team on quality standards, process updates, and best practices.
Metrics & Reporting: Track quality metrics, analyze performance data, and provide reports on quality trends, team productivity, and compliance with SLAs.
Client Communication: Work closely with client-facing teams to ensure client feedback is addressed and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct RCAs for errors and defects to identify root causes, design corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies; prepare for and conduct internal quality audits.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in title search or title insurance, with at least 5 to 8 years in a quality control or management role. Fidlar, Titlepoint, Laredo and Data trace, Netroonline knowledge is must
Technical Skills: Proficiency in title search software and quality management systems. Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools is a must.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, especially in identifying trends, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate quality issues clearly and interact professionally with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex title search data and documentation.
Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
