Position: Group CEO – Oncology ServicesKey Responsibilities
- Lead overall strategic direction and growth of oncology and cancer care services across the group
- Drive business expansion, operational excellence, and long-term organizational growth
- Oversee performance across all oncology centers and healthcare units
- Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen market positioning in cancer care
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational targets
- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams across departments
- Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, specialists, and stakeholders
- Work closely with finance and operational leadership for budgeting and business planning
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Represent the organization in key healthcare and oncology industry forums
Requirements
- Experience: 10–15 years of senior leadership experience
- Mandatory: Strong experience in cancer care / oncology healthcare services
- Proven track record in leading oncology hospitals, cancer centers, or specialized cancer healthcare institutions
- Strong expertise in healthcare operations, strategic growth, and business leadership
- Excellent decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of oncology service delivery and healthcare compliance
- MBA / Healthcare Management qualification preferred
