World Ocean Trading Company is a Solar EPC company established in 2007. We provide solar solutions for Industrial, Agricultural, Commercial, and Residential sectors. We are an empanelled vendor under PM Surya Ghar Yojana in Maharashtra, helping customers avail government subsidy and loan facilities.
Position Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating solar rooftop business from residential customers, societies, commercial establishments, and small industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain solar solutions.
- Promote PM Surya Ghar Yojana benefits and subsidy process.
- Coordinate site survey scheduling.
- Prepare and submit customer information forms.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with project team for installation execution.
- Follow ups and payment collection.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, insurance, telecom, or direct sales preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone required.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20 to 35K per month
Incentive Structure:
- ₹1,000 per kWp for sales above 15 kWp/month.
- Additional ₹500 per kWp for sales above 50 kWp/month.
Minimum Monthly Target:
15 kWp
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Director
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
