Job Role: Freelance English Language Trainer
We are looking for experienced Freelance English Language Trainers to conduct live one-on-one training sessions for students and adult learners. The trainer will be responsible for designing customized learning plans, delivering engaging sessions, and helping learners achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live one-on-one online training sessions
- Assess learners' current skill levels and learning objectives
- Design and customize the syllabus based on individual student needs
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials independently
- Provide interview preparation, including mock interviews, resume guidance, and career mentoring
- Track learner progress and provide regular feedback
- Clarify doubts and offer personalized support throughout the learning journey
- Adapt teaching methods based on the learner's pace and requirements
- Ensure interactive and engaging learning experiences
- Help learners build practical language and communication skills through real-world examples and activities
- Maintain training schedules and complete sessions as planned
Language Requirement: Tamil fluency is preferred.
Requirements:
- Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create customized syllabus and learning materials independently
- Experience in handling one-on-one live sessions
- Subject matter expertise in English language training
- Ability to motivate and guide learners effectively
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and learner success
Compensation:
- Around ₹80 to ₹150 per hour.
- Earnings are based on the number of students and training hours assigned.
