Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain the company's products or services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers as required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
