Trainer – Job Requirement
Position: Trainer
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs and facilitate learning sessions.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development requirements.
- Design and develop training modules using Instructional Design methodologies.
- Create engaging learning content and e-learning materials.
- Deliver training related to Financial Advisory products and services.
- Develop assessments, presentations, and training documentation.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Create content through academic research
- Hands-on experience in Instructional Design.
- Exposure to Financial Advisory domain training if preferred.
- Experience in E-learning content development and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (both spoken and written).
Educational Qualification:
- Any graduation /Post Graduation with MBA Preferred.
- Relevant certifications and experience in Learning & Development.
Candidate Profile:
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver impactful training programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and development.
