You will be responsible for managing data entry, system operations, and MIS reporting for our textile production and supply chain units. ### *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Data Operations*: Enter and update production data, inventory, and attendance records in ERP/SAP systems daily. 2. *System Monitoring*: Operate and monitor computer systems in plant office to ensure uninterrupted data flow. 3. *MIS & Reporting*: Prepare daily production reports, dispatch reports, and stock statements using MS Excel and company ERP. 4. *Documentation*: Maintain digital records of invoices, challans, and quality reports. Handle printing, scanning, and emailing. 5. *Coordination*: Work with production, accounts, and logistics teams for real-time data updates. 6. *Troubleshooting*: Resolve basic system and printer issues. Escalate major IT issues to the IT department. 7. *Data Security*: Ensure timely backup of critical data and follow company IT policies. ### *Required Skills & Qualifications:* 1. *Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate. DCA, PGDCA, or BCA preferred. 2. *Technical Skills*: Strong command of MS Excel, MS Word, Email. Knowledge of Tally/SAP/ERP is a plus. 3. *Experience*: 1-2 years in manufacturing/textile industry preferred.
