Seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. The intern will assist in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee documentation, and HR administrative activities while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment processes.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
