Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, inward and outward material movement, dispatch operations, and warehouse manpower. The role requires effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatches.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise warehouse workers and support staff.
- Maintain warehouse records, documentation, and reports.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
- Experience in Dispatch Planning and Logistics Coordination
- Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams, contract workers, and support staff
- Proficiency in Documentation, Record Maintenance, and MIS Reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory control processes
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
