Job Description
Varun Beverages Limited is looking for an experienced Welfare Officer to manage employee welfare, employee engagement, training coordination, time office operations, shift management, and HR administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift rosters.
- Handle shift management and manpower deployment.
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and MIS reports.
- Address employee grievances and support employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and welfare initiatives.
