Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a smart, hard-working Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building products from the ground up and takes full ownership of what they ship.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be a core technical contributor across our group entities. You will work closely with founders and product leads to design, build, and deploy end-to-end digital products and MVPs — from the database layer all the way to a polished user interface. You should be equally comfortable writing backend APIs and crafting clean frontends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and MVP platforms across group entities.
- Develop responsive, modern frontends using React.js and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Build robust backend APIs and services using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and/or Node.js.
- Own the full product lifecycle — from requirement understanding and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); set up CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and design efficient data models.
- Collaborate directly with founders and product teams to translate ideas into working products quickly.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Proactively identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh, practical ideas to the table.
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Docker & basic DevOps / CI-CD
- Git & version control workflows
- HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
– Experience in ed-tech or SaaS products
– Familiarity with Next.js or TypeScript
– GraphQL API development
– Redis / caching strategies
– Basic understanding of ML/AI APIs
– Experience with Agile / Scrum
– Open-source contributions or portfolio projects
– Exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA)
