Job Description:
We are looking for a Chinese Language Expert (Mandarin) to support our Sales and Procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with Chinese suppliers and clients, assisting in sourcing and purchasing activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, and clients.
- Assist in procurement, sourcing, and purchasing activities.
- Support the sales team with quotations, product inquiries, and customer coordination.
- Translate emails, documents, and business communications between Chinese and English.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Freshers with strong Mandarin skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or International Business is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
