Must have at least 2 – 10 years of direct selling experience in medical devices on the international market.

Must have established relationships with hospital owners, dealers, healthcare decision makers across the territories you plan to work in.

Must have a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Must have accurate knowledge of all import laws, tariffs, and logistical processes associated with shipping of good into the countries you will be selling into.

Ability to learn new product technical information and procedures.

Attendance at all prescheduled Zoom meetings, conferences, and trainings is mandatory.

Ability to build and lead a team of sales professionals and resellers in foreign markets

Must be willing to travel on a moment’s notice, domestic and international.

Must be highly dependable and have a strong desire from problem solving.

Consistently find ways by which to train and develop sales and applications personnel.
- Must maintain a functional presence within the Region and/or Hub.

Planning and delivering Business Development strategies with a view to expand new customers,
- Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand to unexplored territories.

Interaction with the foreign clients, search new markets and select product for registration.

Promote our Medical Devices product sales through effective interaction over whatsapp or via mail or with Linked Inn, Facebook with Medical buyers to increase the awareness.

Plan to builds effective business relationships with International clients from Hospitals, health care etc. and customers prospect for new business.

Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.

Cold calling health care professionals to set up appointments, demonstrate products with clients

Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed.

Keeping informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area.
Education and Skill Sets

Excellent interpersonal skills, must be highly organized and attention to details.

Excellent work punctuality and follow-up skills

Excellent Communication Skills in English (Knowledge of any foreign language will be an advantage).

Channel Management, B2B Sales and B2C Sales, Independent export Sales operations.

Candidate should be capable of generating new business and sustaining the existing growth.

Bachelor's or Master Degree in a business or medically related field. OR, the equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience.

Monthly Salary is in the range of Rs 1 lac to Rs 2.50 lacs depending on deliverables
