Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: OMBR Layout, Bengaluru
Experience: 1–4 years preferred
We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team at Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, OMBR Layout.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
- Create a warm, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
- Implement the Maple Bear curriculum effectively through play-based and experiential learning.
- Observe and document children’s learning and progress.
- Maintain positive communication with parents and the school team.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, training and professional development.
- Ensure classroom routines, safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate with a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed. / equivalent.
- Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine love for working with young children.
- Creative, energetic, patient and responsible.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
