Job Details:
Position: Team Leader – Sales Outbound
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
Team Handling: Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Motivate team members and improve productivity
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
Handle escalations and ensure smooth process operations
Track team performance and prepare reports
