Quilytics is a data analytics and AI solutions company focused on building enterprise-grade platforms that streamline complex business workflows.
We are currently building AI-first platforms in the space of Generative AI and Agentic AI and need a Frontend Engineer who can take ownership of the user experience, workflow architecture, and frontend implementation of these platforms.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
1. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing complex workflow-driven enterprise applications that involve:
- Multi-user collaboration
- Task management and Approval workflows
- Document review interfaces using MS Graph and MS Office plugin
- AI-assisted user experiences
- Repository navigation
- Audit and governance workflows
2. The Frontend engineer will work closely with backend AI engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to convert complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
3. Design and develop interfaces that minimize user clicks and maximize workflow visibility.
4. Develop scalable frontend applications using React.js and Typescript.
5. Work closely with backend engineers to integrate Node.js and Python based services like Authentication, Notifications, Workflow APIs, User management, AI recommendations, RAG search etc.
6. Handle asynchronous workflows and long-running AI operations.
7. Implement frontend architecture supporting:
· Role-based access control (RBAC) and Attribute-based access control (ABAC)
· Session management
· Secure DB access
· Audit-aware user actions
· Ensure frontend behavior aligns with enterprise security requirements.
8. Design applications capable of supporting:
· Multiple modules
· Large repositories
· Multi-step workflows
· Complex state management
· Access controls for Administrators
Skill requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Information technology, Computer science or related field
2. 3-5 years of Experienced developing application with more than 5 modules and multiple workflows at Enterprise level
3. Frontend: React.js, Typescript, HTML, CSS3/ SCSS
4. UI Frameworks: Material UI, Ant Design
5. State management: Redux toolkit, Zustand, React Query
6. API Integration: REST, FAST API, Node.js services
7. Authentication: SSO, JWT, OAuth
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
