Job Description – Production Engineer
Company: Carbon Light Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle production activities related to machine shop operations.
- Perform Vacuum Bagging, Vacuum Infusion, and Vacuum Leak Detection.
- Work on CNC Lathe, VMC, CNC Router, Conventional Lathe, and Cylindrical Grinding Machines.
- Read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
- Maintain production records and follow SOPs & quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth production.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Autoclave Operations.
- Basic understanding of CNC/VMC operations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP/SAP.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & AS 9100D preferred.
- Composite manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
