About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with strong expertise in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and Banking/FinTech applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications with hands-on knowledge of blockchain technologies, digital wallets, decentralized applications (dApps), and modern banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform websites/mobile applications using React Native.
- Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services.
- Develop and integrate Web3 applications and blockchain-based solutions.
- Work with Smart Contracts, Crypto Wallets, and Blockchain APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and payment workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Required Skills:
- 5–8+ years of experience in React Native Development
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Experience with Redux, Context API, MobX, or Zustand
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Firebase, Push Notifications, Deep Linking
- Android & iOS application deployment
- Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD
Web2 and Web3 & Blockchain Skills (Mandatory):
- Strong understanding of Blockchain Technology
- Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, or other blockchain ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
- Smart Contract integration
- Wallet Integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet)
- Experience with dApps (Decentralized Applications)
- Understanding of NFTs, DeFi, Cryptocurrency, Token Standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
- Blockchain security best practices (Mandatory)
- Transaction signing and wallet authentication
Banking & FinTech Knowledge (Mandatory):
- Experience working on Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech applications
- Knowledge of Digital Banking, Payment Gateways, and Financial Transactions
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with secure payment processing
- Knowledge of UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cards, Wallets, and Online Banking
- Experience with financial APIs and transaction management
- Understanding of PCI-DSS security standards is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate Joiner or available within 7 days
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working with international clients
