Reporting To: Managing Director / Director - Operations
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their needs and present suitable product or service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools.
- Provide detailed product or service information to prospective clients and close sales.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in field work/government liaison preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to travel

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
