Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, nurturing, and qualified Primary Teachers who are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for young learners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent classroom management abilities, and sound subject knowledge in English and Mathematics.
Candidates with experience in International Baccalaureate Organization or CBSE curriculum frameworks will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive and student-centered lessons for primary grades.
- Develop students’ foundational skills in English and Mathematics.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Use creative teaching methodologies to support different learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage holistic student development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and school activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom teaching.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Experience in IB / CBSE curriculum is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
