Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee performance management, HR operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee performance evaluation, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee probation and confirmation processes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and review meetings.
- Track employee KPIs, KRAs, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and provide management with employee performance insights.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly performance review discussions.
- Support employee development through performance improvement plans.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and HR compliance documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining discipline.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Administration
- Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain office assets, vendor coordination, and administrative records.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Support management with HR and administrative reports.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Knowledge of KPI, KRA, and probation review processes.
- Good understanding of HR operations and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in recruitment, employee performance management, and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
