Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of
experience in D2C brands to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns
across Meta, Google, and other platforms. The role focuses on driving customer
acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing
strategies and campaign performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta
(Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL,
and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies for D2C brands.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives,
budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager,
Google Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, videos,
and promotional content.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Track and improve conversion rates across website and landing pages.
- Manage retargeting, remarketing, and customer retention campaigns.
- Work closely with the CRM and E-commerce teams to improve lead quality
and sales conversions.
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to
management.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging digital
marketing opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing D2C brand performance marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and
conversion tracking.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce metrics.
- Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike
audience strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is
preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with D2C, healthcare, wellness, skincare, personal care,
or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of achieving ROAS and revenue growth targets.
- Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and campaign
performance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
