The HR MIS professional will be responsible for managing HR data, preparing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting payroll and compliance processes, and providing meaningful workforce insights to the HR and management teams.

Maintain and update employee master data, including new joiners, exits, transfers, promotions, and employee movements.

Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.

Develop HR dashboards for headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, absenteeism, and manpower planning.

Collect, validate, and consolidate HR data from various departments and systems.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all HR data and reports.

Generate recruitment MIS, including open positions, offers, joining status, source-wise hiring, and recruiter productivity.

Prepare monthly attrition, headcount, and employee movement reports.

Support payroll with accurate employee-related inputs such as new joiners, exits, salary revisions, attendance, incentives, and other employee changes.

Maintain employee databases and coordinate with HRBP, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Prepare management reports and presentations with meaningful data analysis and insights.

Identify trends and discrepancies in HR data and recommend corrective actions.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives within HR reporting.

Ensure timely submission of statutory and management-related data requirements.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Advanced formulas

Data validation

Charts and dashboards

Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be preferred.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, Payroll MIS, or HR Operations.
