4–8 Years of relevant experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, and HR Operations
The Senior Executive – HR MIS will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The role requires expertise in HR analytics, dashboard creation, workforce reporting, data management, automation, and maintaining HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Generate reports related to manpower, attrition, recruitment, attendance, performance, employee lifecycle, and productivity.

Develop and automate HR reports using Excel, Power BI, and HRMS platforms.

Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.

Maintain employee master data and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

Analyze HR trends including attrition, hiring, retention, absenteeism, and employee demographics.

Support workforce planning through data-driven analysis and forecasting.

Prepare management presentations and analytical reports.

Manage HRMS data updates, validations, and audits.
-
Coordinate with payroll, finance, operations, and business teams for data reconciliation.

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards.

Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.

Automate recurring reports and streamline HR reporting processes.

Support digital HR initiatives and analytics projects.

Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.

Support statutory reporting requirements as needed.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of HR records.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).

Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards.

Working knowledge of HRMS platforms and payroll systems.

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
