Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Mat Pilates Instructor to conduct engaging and safe Pilates sessions for clients across different fitness levels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of core strengthening, posture correction, flexibility, mobility, and controlled body movement techniques while creating a motivating and positive class environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group and individual Mat Pilates sessions.
- Plan and deliver structured classes suitable for beginner to advanced participants.
- Guide clients on posture, breathing techniques, alignment, balance, and flexibility.
- Ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively with proper form correction.
- Modify exercises based on client fitness levels, injuries, or limitations.
- Motivate clients and maintain an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Track client progress and provide feedback where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and mats.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding schedules, attendance, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Certification in Mat Pilates Instruction or relevant fitness certification.
- Prior experience conducting Mat Pilates classes preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle both small and large group sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fitness training, yoga, dance, or rehabilitation-based movement.
- Knowledge of injury prevention and corrective exercises.
- Ability to curate themed or specialized Pilates sessions.
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible shifts based on class schedules
Compensation
- Based on experience and certification.
Reporting To
- Center Manager / Fitness Head

The candidate is expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and uphold the brand standards of The Little Gym of India at all times.
Pay: ₹10,150.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
