Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Associate fluent in Hindi, Telugu and English to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, emails, and chat in Telugu and English.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, order statuses, and post-purchase support.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
- Offer detailed information about SILAII’s products.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams to improve products and services.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory), Telugu and English, Tamil
- Experience: Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic computer operations.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Annual CTC Estimate:
- ₹1.6 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives upon achieving sales target
- 0 – 2 years experience
- Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving targets.
