1. Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
2. Project Execution:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress
- Ensure that project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
3. Project Monitoring and Control:
- Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor project budget, schedule, and scope, and report on project performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and sponsors
- Manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that their needs are met
5. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor project quality
Requirements:
- Any degree (B.Tech, BSc, BA, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- ERP expertise is a plus (added advantage)
- Proven track record of managing projects efficiently
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
