We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Trainer to train aspiring business analysts in industry-relevant skills, tools, and methodologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in business analysis, data-driven decision-making, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Training: Conduct online/offline training sessions on Business Analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.
Develop Course Content: Create training materials, case studies, assignments, and projects.
Hands-on Training: Provide practical exposure to tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
Industry Best Practices: Teach business analysis frameworks, requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
Assessment & Mentorship: Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Business Analysis to enhance course content.
Corporate Training: Conduct workshops for businesses looking to upskill their workforce.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6months-2 years as a Business Analyst or Business Analyst Trainer, Freshers can also apply.
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Data Analytics, and Process Improvement.
Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Training Experience: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and BPMN.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
