Job Summary
Support the Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining QMS, NABL, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements across geotechnical investigations, material testing laboratories, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
NABL & Quality Management
- Maintain NABL documentation, records, SOPs, and quality manuals.
- Conduct Internal NABL Audits (ISO/IEC 17025) and prepare audit reports.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, surveillance, and reassessments.
- Monitor CAPA and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Ensure document control, record management, and traceability.
- Verify equipment calibration and maintenance records.
Laboratory Quality Control
- Review test records, calculations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with IS, IRC, ASTM, and project specifications.
- Monitor testing activities for soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel, and NDT.
- Supervise sample handling, storage, and testing procedures.
- Track PT/ILC participation and quality control performance.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 3–5 years in QA/QC, laboratory management, or NABL-accredited laboratories.
- Experience in geotechnical and construction material testing laboratories.
- Knowledge of NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), ISO 9001:2015, IS/IRC standards, and audit procedures.
- Hands-on experience in quality documentation, audit management, and laboratory quality systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
