Own the design direction across both brands: contemporary, made-to-order Western wear for SeamsFriendly and Indian ethnic wear for Utsav Fashion.
Lead and mentor the design team: set the brief, review the work, hold the aesthetic and quality bar, and grow the designers under you.
Take every design from concept to garment: sketches, tech packs, patterns, grading and fit, so what you draw is what actually gets made and sits right across sizes.
Guide the production team: turn designs into clear, make-ready specs and stay hands-on through sampling and production so the make matches the vision.
Push the range forward: bring new silhouettes, fabrics and techniques instead of repeating what worked last season.
02 Who you are
An experienced designer ready to lead: you've owned collections and can set direction, not just execute someone else's brief.
Driven and experimental: you try new things and are never content repeating last season.
Fluent in garment construction: pattern-making, grading, fit and fabric, so you know exactly how a design becomes a garment.
At home in both worlds: Indian ethnic wear and Western wear, or hungry to master the side you know less well.
A clear leader who can guide designers and the production floor, and hold the quality bar without flinching.
Comfortable with speed, ownership and direct feedback.

A portfolio spanning both ethnic and Western wear.
Experience with made-to-order or made-to-measure production.
