Job Title : AI Delivery Manager

Role overview
Leads AX's AI services delivery practice end-to-end. Owns the cycle from pre-sales through delivery for enterprise AI engagements across retail, logistics, manufacturing, banking, healthcare and government sectors. This is a leadership role with hands-on expectations. Sits at the intersection of Pre-sales, operations, and technical delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Pre-sales and proposal ownership: qualification, solutioning, commercial structuring, SOW authoring, and deal closure
- Delivery accountability across the active AI services portfolio, including Enterprise Code migrations, AI Workflow Automations, RAG-based chatbots, and AI-powered field applications
- Build-out and day-to-day management of the in-house AI delivery team
- Sub-vendor and partner management for customer deliveries
- P&L ownership on services engagements: margin discipline, utilization, scope management
- Board-level customer relationship ownership across active accounts
- Establishing delivery operating rhythms, quality gates, and reporting cadence
Required experience
- 5+ years in enterprise services delivery, with at least 1 to 2 years of active experience across Gen AI projects involving workflow automations and RAG Chatbots
- Track record of owning the pre-sales through delivery cycle for engagements in the $100K-$1M+ range
- Experience in scoping, budgeting and selling AI engagements (RAG, agents, automation, NLP) to enterprise buyers
- Credible across both commercial conversations (CFO, procurement) and technical discovery (data teams, engineering leads)
- People management experience: hired, ramped, and retained delivery teams of 5+ people
