As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to utilize modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute innovative ideas to improve the software development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for deploying applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in software applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
