Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter with around 1 year of recruitment experience. Candidates who have successfully completed their HR internship and have practical recruitment exposure are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
- Handle joining formalities and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in HR recruitment preferred.
- Candidates who have completed an HR internship can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
