About Role
As a Business Analyst, you will have opportunity to be a key influence in project direction, technology and strategy and would see projects progress end to end with direct outcome.
Due to continuous growth and development an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This is a newly created role where you will be part of driving business success while working with internal and external stakeholders to perform analysis and facilitate project delivery.
This role requires someone who is able to add immediate value and someone who can work well as part of a team and autonomously when required
Responsibilities
Researching possible software solutions to increase work efficiency
Interpreting data about company policies and workflows
Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
Working on other project phases like implementation and testing
Facilitating a successful release handover
Complying with regulations and preparing for assessments for requirements like Payment Card Industry (PCI)
Estimating costs and time requirements of projects
Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems
Developing quality assurance practices and assessments
Establishing deliverables
Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts
Determining risk and return on investment for shareholders
Acting as a liaison between the business and its Information Technology (IT) department
Acting as a liaison between the business and its clients
Using spreadsheets to record data on a project
Evaluating Key Performance Indicators
Modifying the business plan
Facilitating meetings and educational workshops for team members
Acquiring knowledge of products or services provided by the business
Making sure projects stay within budget and target spending requirements
Incorporating user suggestions into projects
Giving final approval on a finished project
General Skills
Experience with identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of firm services; demonstrating flexibility in prioritising and completing tasks.
Experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking and giving coaching, guidance, clarification and feedback
Experience with User Experience being a key consideration in strategic product option selection
Effective leadership and communication skills
Ability to document effectively, using non-technical business language that will be clearly understood
Ability to coordinate, facilitate and make presentations
Technical Skills
Proven experience designing application solutions, blueprints and roadmaps
Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience of common business systems (CRM, ERP, Practice Management) and processes with related value To co-ordinate and manage development operation such as Contact to Cash.
Knowledge of IT application development methodologies & tools (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, CI/CD etc.)
Passion for emerging and disruptive technologies
