Business Development Executive – Interior Design Key Responsibilities 1. Lead generation and pipeline development. Identify and qualify for new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound queries). 2. Prospecting the leads for viability 3. Client acquisition through driving the pitch to successful completion. 4. Revenue generation- meeting quarterly/ yearly sales targets 5. Competitor analysis and industry trend tracking to identify opportunities 6. Present company profile, design concepts, and service offerings to potential clients. 7. Proposal development and on time submission & presentation 8. Strategic partnerships and networking for more market outreach 9. Client relationship management 10. Brand promotion and marketing support Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle client relationships. • Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project execution process (preferred). • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead platforms. • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
