Edubex is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will interact with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, recommend suitable academic programs, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and understand their learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and guide students through the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates based in Kerala are preferred.
