Donor Management and Reporting Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with donors and partners
- Coordinate donor meetings, visits, and communications
- Support development of donor engagement plans
- Track donor commitments, funding, and reporting schedules
- Liaise between program, finance, and donor stakeholders
- Prepare accurate donor reports (narrative and financial coordination)
- Collect and compile project data from field teams
- Monitor reporting deadlines and deliverables
- Ensure reports align with donor guidelines and templates
- Support proposal writing and documentation processes
- Maintain reporting databases and records
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and agreements

- Knowledge of donor compliance and grant management
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in donor relations, grants, or project coordination
- Experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or development projects preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
