Color Filler is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the field marketing and advertising sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, coordinating with staff, and managing client meetings to expand our business presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
* Promote the company's field marketing and advertising services.
* Conduct door-to-door client visits and business meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand client requirements and provide suitable marketing and advertising solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams and staff to ensure smooth project execution.
* Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure excellent client service and maintain long-term business relationships.
* Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Advertising.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
* Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
