Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Liaisoning Officer for our high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling liaison work with government departments, statutory authorities, consultants, and local bodies to ensure smooth approvals and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with government authorities and departments for project-related approvals and permissions.
- Handle liaison work related to building plans, commencement certificates, environmental clearances, fire NOC, water, electricity, and other statutory approvals.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with municipal corporations, development authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of legal and technical documents.
- Track approval status and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with local construction laws, rules, and regulations.
- Resolve approval-related issues and support smooth execution of projects.
- Nit / Nmc / Talathi / Gram Panchayat work experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction approval processes and government procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good network with local authorities and government offices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple approvals simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Civil / Legal / Administration).
- Experience in liaisoning for high-rise or real estate projects is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with municipal approval systems and statutory compliance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
