JOB DESCRIPTION:
Creating, maintaining and reviewing a program of work in Primavera software or MSP and share daily report with management Monitoring consumption and stock inventory of material.
Project planning in software which includes everyday work report, every day expenses against receivable inputs, everyday manpower report, everyday machinery consumption report along with upcoming client bill and upcoming project cost and submit to management Developing new vendors and maintain healthy competition.
Breaking large jobs down into phases of development. Checking daily schedule of the project and visiting site locations to ensure the actual planning.
Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline working in quality, honesty and dedications.
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt charts, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term task work, priority based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress required.
Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
Preparing micro level project planning which includes all resources and budgets and forecasting to the management.
Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
Meeting with contractors and suppliers.
Liaising with Surveyors, engineers and site coordinator and give accurate report to management.
Managing several projects with the support of project team.
Maintain accurate reports/records and paperwork.
Checking Plan Vs Actual and submitting the daily reports.
Ensuring the timeline followed by the project team.
