About the Role-
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to take ownership of our end-to-end business operations. The Business Head will function as a business owner, ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, profitability, compliance, and process excellence across all departments.
The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to monitor and approve day-to-day business activities. All functional departments will report to the Business Head.
Key Responsibilities-
- Oversee end-to-end ERP (Odoo) operations, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, CRM, and Timesheets.
- Review and approve expenses, sales orders, pricing, and special commercial proposals.
- Monitor business profitability by customer, product, salesperson, and project.
- Drive budgeting, cost control, pricing, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, targets, and overall business performance.
- Identify business growth opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide strategic insights to management.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, costing, budgeting, and business operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
