Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Commi 1 – Tandoor with hands-on experience in tandoor preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining quality, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoor dishes as per restaurant standards
- Handle tandoor operations efficiently during service hours
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
- Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and senior chefs for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on Tandoor experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen SOPs and hierarchy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with disciplined work approach
