Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Facility Incharge (OEM Operations) to oversee complete warehouse operations, including inventory management, OEM coordination, dispatch planning, facility maintenance, manpower handling, and compliance. The candidate will ensure smooth warehouse functioning, timely material movement, and strong coordination with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to maintain operational efficiency. Warehouse Incharge roles commonly include inventory control, dispatch, vendor/OEM coordination, safety compliance, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of materials as per SOPs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse facility maintenance and ensure proper utilization of storage space. Warehouse incharge roles typically involve end-to-end warehouse supervision and space optimization.
2. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Coordination
- Coordinate with OEM partners for material planning, stock availability, dispatch schedules, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of OEM products/materials.
- Maintain OEM compliance records and service-level requirements.
- Handle communication regarding shortages, damages, and quality concerns with OEMs. OEM/vendor coordination is a common responsibility in warehouse operations.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and slow-moving stock. Inventory accuracy and audits are core warehouse responsibilities.
4. Team & Manpower Management
- Supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, loaders, and security personnel.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and shift management.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of GRN, challans, invoices, stock registers, and dispatch documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, transporters, and operations teams.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor PPE usage, fire safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure smooth audits and compliance documentation.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, OEM Coordination
- Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP/WMS & MS Excel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of FIFO, stock audits, and warehouse compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
