Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers and receive vehicles for service.
- Listen to customer complaints and accurately document issues.
- Explain service recommendations, repair requirements, and costs.
- Vehicle Inspection
- Perform a preliminary inspection of the vehicle.
- Identify visible issues and note them on the job card.
- Recommend preventive maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer schedules.
- Job Card Preparation
- Create service orders/job cards with complete customer and vehicle details.
- Record customer concerns clearly for technicians.
- Coordination with Workshop
- Communicate repair requirements to technicians.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate availability of spare parts when needed.
- Cost Estimation and Approval
- Prepare repair estimates and explain them to customers.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.
- Vehicle Delivery
- Review completed work.
- Explain repairs performed and charges incurred.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle handover.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote service packages, maintenance plans, and value-added services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
