Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager – Sales with prior experience in the EdTech industry to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales conversion, and client relationship management skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful enrollments/sales
- Counsel and guide students/parents regarding educational programs and courses
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct online/offline product presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS updates
Required Skills:
- Prior EdTech sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from EdTech companies
- Strong understanding of education products and student counseling
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
